Pawan Kalyan’s wife Anna Lezhneva has shared an emotional message reflecting on a harrowing chapter in their family’s life, coinciding with Akira Nandan’s birthday. Known for his political resurgence and recent appointment as Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan’s personal life has now come into the spotlight through Anna’s heartfelt social media post.
In her message, Anna celebrated Akira’s growth, describing him as “a deep thinker, a curious learner, and so kind.” However, she also marked the somber anniversary of the Singapore fire incident that nearly claimed the life of her younger son, Mark Shankar Pawanovich. Anna revealed, “It’s also one year since the fire where Mark nearly lost his life. Today, we celebrate both our boys. But for Mark, it feels like his 2nd birthday.”
Anna highlighted that the investigation into the tragedy remains unresolved, with the loss of a young girl named Freya and several children still requiring treatment. She wrote, “One year later, the investigation is still ongoing. We still don’t know who is responsible for the loss of little Freya, who was only 10… and for the 18 children who were hospitalized. Some children still need surgeries. Their burns were too deep.”
Recalling the trauma, Anna said, “By God’s grace, Mark survived. His lungs were damaged, but today he is okay. He is here, and that is everything. I still remember sitting by his hospital bed, watching him struggle to breathe. No mother should ever go through that.” She expressed gratitude to the fire workers and urged families to keep safety equipment at home.
As Anna and the family continue to focus on recovery and justice, fans and well-wishers are hopeful for further positive updates in the coming months.
