Sadhvi, who represented Goa, follows in the footsteps of Nikita Porwal, Miss India 2025, and now carries the mantle for the coming year. The grand event unfolded at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) on April 18, 2026, with the finale hosted by Maniesh Paul and Sarah-Jane Dias. Audiences were treated to energetic performances, including a show-stopping act by Ishaan Khatter, adding to the glitz of the 61st edition.
After her crowning moment, Sadhvi expressed heartfelt gratitude, sharing, "Sabhi meri sakhiyan aaj ke liye winners hain… hum sab Bharat ka naam duniya bhar mein roshan karna chahte hain." She further noted, "This is just the beginning. There is a long way to go, and I hope to make the country proud." Alongside Sadhvi, Rajnandini Pawar of Maharashtra was named 1st Runner-Up, while Sree Advaita from the Union Territory secured 2nd Runner-Up.
