Adivi Sesh’s much-awaited film Dacoit is all set for a theatrical release this Friday, with the star returning after a four-year break to headline this romantic action drama. The movie, which also features Mrunal Thakur, marks the directorial debut of Shaniel Deo, a noted cinematographer stepping behind the camera for the first time.

Despite steady buzz, the makers have surprised fans by forgoing the now-common paid premiere screenings in India. Instead, as Adivi Sesh revealed, Dacoit will open with 8 AM shows nationwide—an unconventional move that has caught the attention of industry watchers and audiences alike.
