Allu Arjun’s Raaka Expands Ambition with Two-Part Saga
Allu Arjun, riding high on recent blockbuster successes, is teaming up with director Atlee for his biggest venture yet—Raaka. According to a detailed report, Raaka will unfold across two distinct timelines: one rooted in an ancient tribal Puranic Vedic era, and another set in a modern-day world. This ambitious project, produced by Sun Pictures, is being developed as a two-part cinematic event with a reported budget exceeding ₹1,000 crore.
The cast brings together both South and Bollywood stars. Mrunal Thakur will lead the contemporary arc, while Deepika Padukone, Janhvi Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna are set to light up the historical timeline. Adding to the excitement, Shah Rukh Khan is expected to make a special appearance—his cameo will reportedly be filmed soon in a foreign location, as per the India Today report.
Music for Raaka is being composed by Sai Abhyankkar, and with such a high-profile team, anticipation is already running high among fans. As of now, Sun Pictures has not issued an official statement on these developments.
