The actor's legal team, led by Senior Advocate Swathi Sukumar, highlighted disturbing trends such as unauthorized merchandise sales, circulation of obscene content, and AI-generated applications mimicking the actor’s likeness.

One notable example presented was an AI-driven app called “Fake Call Pushpa,” which allows users to simulate video calls with a virtual version of Allu Arjun, raising concerns about potential fraud and image misuse. Responding to these issues, Justice Tushar Rao Gedela directed intermediaries to remove infringing content within 72 hours and barred any commercial exploitation without consent.
