Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated film Raaka is fast becoming the talk of the town, thanks to its ambitious scale and star-studded ensemble. Coming off his recent blockbuster successes, Allu Arjun now teams up with acclaimed director Atlee for this pan-Indian spectacle, with Deepika Padukone as the leading lady and notable roles for Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna.

Writer Ratna Kumar recently offered a peek behind the curtain, describing Raaka as a true pan-Indian film. "I think it's a proper pan-Indian film, not because of the stars, the central character, or the setting, but because the story has a very international appeal," he shared. Ratna Kumar further revealed the excitement of working closely with Allu Arjun, mentioning, "When Allu Arjun sir is doing the film, we can get whatever we need to shape it the way we want. It was very exciting to interact with him. The work is progressing at a brisk pace. We already spent three weeks in discussions with him, and work will begin in the second week of May."

Raaka is being positioned as a technically ambitious project, with extensive CGI and VFX promising a visual treat. The recently unveiled first look showcased Allu Arjun in a striking beast-like avatar, reminiscent of a werewolf, sparking curiosity among fans and creating a buzz on social media. Reports suggest Allu Arjun will be seen in a quadruple role, exploring the intriguing theme of parallel universes.

With music by Sai Abhyankar and an array of top talents on board, Raaka is shaping up to be a landmark film. As the crew gears up to commence full-fledged work in May, fans can look forward to more exciting updates and glimpses from the sets in the coming months.
