Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film Kaaka, directed by Bobby Kolli, has set off a wave of excitement with its newly released title glimpse. After their blockbuster collaboration in Waltair Veerayya, this duo returns aiming to redefine action cinema with a unique blend of modern visuals and vintage influences.
The glimpse, unveiled on Chiranjeevi’s birthday, opens in an aqua industry, where Chiranjeevi plays K Satyam, a diligent supervisor. A lighthearted moment with a dog retrieving keys from a prawns lake quickly pivots to high-octane action as guns emerge from the water, setting up a flashback that showcases a younger, swag-filled Chiranjeevi firing a gun with style. This dual portrayal, mixing a middle-aged relatable character with a dynamic, youthful avatar, highlights the star’s versatility and mass appeal.
Cinematographer Vijay Karthik Kannan crafts the visuals, while S Thaman’s remix of the classic Gang Gang song from Gangleader adds a nostalgic punch. The film, backed by Venkat K Narayana’s KVN Productions, is slated for a grand Sankranti release on January 13. The glimpse has sparked anticipation on social media, with fans eager for another festive box office spectacle from Chiranjeevi.
