Chiranjeevi Steps In to Resolve Censor Hurdle for Sree Vishnu's Comrade Kalyan

Sree Vishnu's recent comedy drama, Comrade Kalyan, has added another success to his career, achieving breakeven at the box office. The film, directed by Janakiram Marella, features Mahima Nambiar as the female lead, alongside a talented supporting cast including Radhika, Sudarshan, Shine Tom Chacko, Upendra Limaye, and Sai Chand. Produced by Venkata Krishna Karnati and Seetha Karnati under the Skanda Vahana Motion Pictures LLP banner, Comrade Kalyan has been praised for its entertaining storyline and performances.

Before its theatrical release, however, the project faced a significant challenge with censor board approval, causing considerable anxiety for screenwriter Kona Venkat. According to Venkat, "While on the sets of Kaaka, Megastar Chiranjeevi noticed that I was quite disturbed. He immediately stepped in and helped the film go through the censorship process smoothly." This gesture from Chiranjeevi, known for his supportive nature within the industry, played a pivotal role in ensuring the film's timely release.

Comrade Kalyan's journey from pre-release hurdles to box office success has further cemented Sree Vishnu's track record for delivering engaging content. The positive outcome also highlighted Chiranjeevi's willingness to help colleagues, regardless of industry politics or paid campaigns. As the film continues its run, fans are celebrating both the movie's success and the camaraderie displayed behind the scenes.
