Mahesh Babu’s Varanasi has announced that its official merchandise range, led by a Rudhra locket and T-shirts, will be unveiled in the coming days. The film’s official X handle shared the update on August 9 and asked fans to join a waiting list to receive the first notification when the products go live. The post also indicated that special offerings could be in store for those who register.

The merchandise push follows a series of fan-focused promotional moves from the team. Earlier, SS Karthikeya posted a cryptic video featuring references including Bob, V-Neck, Rama, Pyramid and Board Game. Mahesh Babu’s supporters speculated online that it could point to a birthday-related reveal, but the team subsequently released two exclusive stills of the actor instead of a video glimpse.

Varanasi has also launched its official website and introduced a game that gives fans an opportunity to win prizes. The forthcoming merchandise now extends that campaign beyond digital updates, with the Rudhra locket positioned among the first announced products. The official handle said the range would include “the Rudhra locket, T-shirts and other products,” while inviting fans to sign up before the launch.

Mahesh Babu, whose upcoming Varanasi has steadily expanded its promotional world through stills, a website and a game, leads the cast alongside Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Produced by KL Narayana and SS Karthikeya, the film has music by MM Keeravani and is scheduled for a worldwide release on April 7, 2027.
