Malavika Mohanan, known for her dynamic roles in recent South Indian cinema, has opened up about a challenging action sequence she performed for the upcoming film Sardar 2. Starring alongside Karthi and directed by PS Mithran, Sardar 2 is the sequel to the 2022 action thriller Sardar. During a Q & A session with fans on social media, Malavika shared her experience of executing a daring stunt for the film. She revealed, “Doing a 60 feet rope dive pretending to jump off a falling aeroplane while huge blowers from all sides were blowing massive amounts of air at me to make it look like I was actually falling off the sky.” The actress further explained that the sequence demanded more than just physical courage, as she had to deliver dialogues, maintain the correct body posture, and suppress her fear throughout the shoot.

Malavika is actively promoting Sardar 2, participating in pre-release events in Chennai and Hyderabad, which has added to the anticipation among moviegoers.
