Megastar Chiranjeevi's eagerly awaited film Mega158, directed by Bobby Kolli, is poised to commence shooting from April 20th in Hyderabad. Following the massive success of "Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu," Chiranjeevi has been selective about his next project, and Mega158 promises an intense gangster drama set against a Kolkata backdrop.
The film reunites Chiranjeevi with Bobby Kolli after their hit "Waltair Veerayya." Priyamani and Priety Mukundhan have been finalized as key female leads, while music maestro Thaman is composing the soundtrack. The production is under the KVN Entertainments banner, with Kona Venkat contributing to the dialogues.
Chiranjeevi took time off to recover from surgery and has been closely involved in ensuring the script meets his standards, working alongside Bobby Kolli and the writing team. Contrary to earlier rumors, the film’s official launch is scheduled for April, with no events planned before then.
Fans are excited about Mega158's blend of action and drama, anticipating a grand release targeted for Sankranthi 2027. With the script now locked and preparations underway, all eyes are on this promising new chapter in Chiranjeevi’s illustrious career.
