The incident took place while the production was underway without Prabhas, who has been off-set for the past several days. According to reports, a crew member sustained minor injuries and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment. Some of the tents and valuable shooting equipment suffered partial damage in the mishap. However, the team quickly brought the situation under control, preventing further escalation.
Prabhas, who is coming off an intensive schedule for Hanu Raghavapudi’s Fauzi, was not present at the location during the accident. The Baahubali star recently returned from a short holiday and is currently on a break, having watched Dhurandhar: The Revenge with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga at Allu Cinemas just last night. Spirit, which has generated considerable buzz among fans for its scale and collaboration between Prabhas and Vanga, is slated for a grand release in March 2027.
With Prabhas set to return and allocate bulk dates for Spirit soon, fans can expect shooting to resume at full pace. Meanwhile, his next film Fauzi is scheduled to hit screens later this year.
