Naga Vamsi has once again captured headlines for his bold speech, this time at the pre-release event of Adivi Sesh's Dacoit. Known for his candid and often confrontational remarks, the young producer did not hold back as he took pointed quirky jabs at Supriya Yarlagadda, who produced Dacoit, sparking fresh debate in Tollywood circles.
Vamsi, whose assertive approach has made him a familiar face at industry gatherings, commented Supriya by referencing her involvement in the movie's lengthy production. He commented, "Supriya garu is known for taking classes for producers for spending big money. These happen during Producer Guild meetings. Now Supriya garu’s Dacoit was in production for 2 years and they worked for 147 working days. Thanks Adivi Sesh for torturing Supriya for two years," he said, drawing laughter and surprise from those present.
Taking the satire further, Vamsi pointed out that Supriya's previous work had mainly involved her family members, adding that she would only truly understand the challenges producers face after collaborating with top stars. He urged, "She is not aware about the difficulties of producers as she worked with her brother and uncle. She will know the facts after working with top actors and stars."
The event, which also saw Adivi Sesh and other cast members in attendance, has stirred significant discussion online. With Dacoit scheduled for release on April 10th, all eyes are now on its box office performance and whether Supriya will respond to Vamsi's barbed remarks.
