Virat Karrna's fantasy adventure 'Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure' has introduced another ticketing offer as the makers attempt to revive its fortunes at the box office. Despite a promising pre-release buzz, the film did not meet expectations after release, prompting a series of innovative strategies from the production team.
Following its opening, the makers rolled out a Buy One Get One (BOGO) deal for the Hindi version on BookMyShow, and later trimmed the runtime by about 15 minutes in an effort to enhance the viewing experience for audiences. Now, teaming up with District, they've announced that purchasing two tickets gets viewers a third ticket free—a deal that applies across all language versions.
Directed by Abhishek Nama, in his second outing as a filmmaker, 'Nagabandham' features Virat Karrna, Nabha Natesh, and Iswarya Menon in the lead, with seasoned actors like Jagapathi Babu, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Murali Sharma adding weight to the ensemble cast. Despite the efforts, the film's performance has yet to show significant improvement, and whether this latest promotional move will change its trajectory remains uncertain.
With only a short time left in cinemas, all eyes are on how audiences respond to these offers and if 'Nagabandham' can turn around its box office journey before its theatrical window closes.
