Nagarjuna Praises Pallaburusu for Heartfelt Portrayal of Family Bonds

Nagarjuna, known for his enduring presence in Telugu cinema, brought attention to the rural comedy 'Pallaburusu' during its pre-release event, underscoring its genuine emotional core. The film, produced by Annapurna Studios and Epic Studios, explores the complexities of a father-son relationship set against the backdrop of rural Telangana. Director Uday Chauhan, reflecting on his inspiration, shared that the story was born from observing how even minor issues can strain familial ties. He expressed gratitude to the production house for supporting a narrative rooted in real-life emotions.

At the event, Nagarjuna became visibly emotional as he remembered his parents, ANR and Annapurnamma. He remarked on the importance of caring for elders, stating, "I am lucky to have been able to take care of them," and urged the younger generation to value family bonds. The film's release on August 14 held special significance, coinciding with Annapurnamma's birthday, which Nagarjuna described as making the occasion even more meaningful.

Nagarjuna also revealed that Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka inspired him to produce a film celebrating Telangana's culture. He praised 'Pallaburusu' for its authentic depiction of rural life and heartfelt emotions, noting that the film "touched his heart" with its sincerity. The cast features Sudhakar Reddy and Muralidhar Goud in lead roles, with director Uday Chauhan encouraging audiences to experience the film in theatres for its fresh approach to storytelling.
