Natural Star Nani finds himself at a pivotal moment in his career, as delays with his current film The Paradise have led to the loss of two promising projects. Known for his swift work pace and punctual releases, Nani’s track record of delivering three films a year has recently hit a roadblock due to the extended production schedule and ballooning budget of The Paradise, produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri.

The Paradise, which now aims for a theatrical release on September 25th, has required Nani’s full attention. This delay prompted him to advise director Shouryuv, initially waiting for Nani to lead a project post-Hi Nanna, to instead proceed without him. In a similar turn, director TJ Gnanavel, celebrated for Jai Bhim, has moved forward with a different script starring Suriya after Nani could not commit. According to reports, Nani candidly stated he is "occupied for the next two years" and encouraged these directors to move ahead.

While speculation among fans and on social media is rife about Nani’s next moves, the actor has two new scripts under evaluation but has not promised any timelines due to his backlog. Looking ahead, Nani is set to join hands with director Sujeeth for Bloody Romeo, which is being planned for a grand summer 2027 release. Fans can expect more updates once The Paradise nears completion.
