Nani’s The Paradise Draws Unprecedented Producer Interest

Nani’s upcoming film The Paradise has drawn significant attention in the Telugu film industry, with top producers making record-breaking investments even before its release. Known for his consistent box office appeal, Nani teams up with director Srikanth Odela for this action drama, which also features Kayadu Lohar in a leading role. The film’s producer, Sudhakar Cherukuri, has reportedly secured theatrical deals at prices never seen before for a Nani starrer.

In a notable move, Mythri Movie Makers acquired the Nizam region rights for a staggering ₹37 crores, marking the highest-ever price paid for a Nani film in this territory. This figure surpasses all previous benchmarks for the actor’s releases, reflecting the strong buzz and high expectations surrounding The Paradise. Alongside Mythri, young producer S Naga Vamsi has also invested in the Nizam rights, sharing the stake with Sudhakar Cherukuri. This collaboration between two prominent producers for the same region is a first in Telugu cinema. Reports indicate that Naga Vamsi is also planning to invest in another Andhra region for the film, with all deals now finalized.

The Paradise was scheduled for release on September 24, 2023, with its shoot nearing completion at that time. The scale of pre-release business and the involvement of leading production houses have set the stage for a major theatrical run, highlighting both Nani’s market pull and the confidence of Tollywood’s top producers.
