Prabhas’ much-awaited film "Fauzi" has been the talk of the town, but recent rumors from the sets have stirred unnecessary confusion. Reports surfaced claiming that veteran Bollywood actor Rajesh Sharma, who plays a pivotal role, was hospitalized after a severe insect bite during filming. However, these claims have been firmly debunked.
Rajesh Sharma, a respected figure in Hindi cinema, encountered health complications linked to his existing diabetes, leading to a medical emergency. After completing his portions at Ramoji Film City, he traveled to Kolkata and was admitted to Manipal Hospital in Dhakuria for an infection in his leg. As per verified information, "All the rumors that are circulated that he got an insect bite on the sets of Fauzi are completely untrue."
Director Hanu Raghavapudi, coming off a strong run with previous projects, is pushing to wrap up the remaining shoot. The film also features Imanvi as the female lead, and is produced by the renowned Mythri Movie Makers banner. Shooting is ongoing, with some episodes being canned even in Prabhas’ absence.
With Fauzi targeting a December release, fans can expect clarity and further updates as the team works to complete the film on schedule, brushing aside baseless speculations.
