Ram Charan's much-awaited Telugu film Peddi is creating ripples across the industry, especially after the grand trailer launch in Mumbai where Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman made a rare appearance alongside the star cast. This marks Rahman’s return to straight Telugu cinema after years of anticipation, intensifying excitement around the project.

Having recently soared with "RRR," Ram Charan now steps into a challenging new role under director Buchi Babu Sana. The film also features Janhvi Kapoor and is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, making his debut as a producer. Social media has been abuzz with praise for the trailer’s visuals and performances, with fans expressing their eagerness for the theatrical release.

At the event, AR Rahman openly stated, “I was waiting for the right Telugu film and this is the one.” He called Buchi Babu Sana a “tough taskmaster” and praised Charan’s performance, while Janhvi Kapoor remarked on Charan’s intensity and credited the director for opening her up creatively. Ram Charan, reflecting on the project, shared, “We find one every decade but I got Peddi immediately after a film like RRR.” He also recalled his father Chiranjeevi’s advice to “relish every moment” of this special role.

With universal positive feedback to the trailer and a theatrical arrival set for June 4th, expectations are soaring. All eyes are on Peddi to deliver a memorable cinematic experience this summer.
