Ram Charan’s dedication to his upcoming film Peddi is making waves, as the Mega Powerstar recently shared insights on his intense kushti training for the role. Charan, who has been basking in global fame post-RRR, graced the cover of Esquire India and spoke candidly about the transformative journey for his new avatar in Peddi.

For this film, Charan underwent nearly eighteen months of rigorous preparation, including four to five months of hardcore akhada training. His coach, a national-level expert who previously contributed to blockbusters like Sultan and Dangal, pushed Charan through an "extremely tough" regime. Recalling the demanding sessions, the actor humorously told his coach, "Sirji, main national ke liye nahi ja raha hoon," underscoring just how intense the process was.

When asked to rate his kushti skills, Charan displayed humility, scoring himself a modest 4 out of 10. He added that his coach might have rated him higher, perhaps between 6 and 8, but he preferred to stay grounded. Fans, meanwhile, have been buzzing over the recently released Peddi Pehalwan glimpse, with social media praising Charan's physical transformation and commitment.

With expectations building around Peddi, fans eagerly await more updates and the official release date, keen to see how Ram Charan’s dedication translates on the big screen.
