Ram Charan’s dedication shines in 'Peddi' as he braves injuries and gears up for a record-breaking release. The star, known for his intense roles and physical commitment, has undergone a remarkable transformation for this rural sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Coming off the back of successful films, Ram Charan’s efforts in 'Peddi' have become a talking point among fans.
During the shoot, Ram Charan suffered not one but three separate injuries a wrestling mishap, a wrist injury that went largely unnoticed, and an eye injury which led to a brief pause in filming. Despite these setbacks, he pressed on to ensure the film’s schedule was not affected. The production team officially acknowledged his resilience, stating he only took a short break after the eye injury before returning to the sets.
'Peddi', featuring Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady with powerful supporting roles by Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, Boman Irani, and Satya, is produced by Vriddhi Cinemas and Venkata Satish Kilaru. AR Rahman lends his musical genius to the project. With Jio Studios handling North Indian distribution, the film is set for a massive rollout on over 1000 screens in the region, a rare feat for a Telugu film.
The much-awaited trailer will be launched today, sparking huge excitement across social media. With post-production nearly wrapped and anticipation at fever pitch, all eyes are on the grand release of 'Peddi' on June 4.
