Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s latest blockbuster Peddi is making headlines once again as it gears up for its highly anticipated digital debut. After shattering box office records and emerging as Tollywood’s highest-grossing film of the year, fans can now catch the sports action drama from the comfort of their homes.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi has enjoyed an impressive theatrical run, especially in the Telugu states, where it resonated strongly with audiences. The film garnered over ₹400 crores globally, surpassing previous hits like Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. However, its performance in international markets was more modest compared to its roaring success on home turf.
The film boasts a star-studded cast with Janhvi Kapoor starring opposite Ram Charan, while Shruti Haasan made a splash with a special dance number. The ensemble also includes Shiva Rajkumar, Divyenndu, Boman Irani, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles. The rousing soundtrack, composed by AR Rahman, has added to the film’s mass appeal.
Netflix has officially announced that Peddi will start streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam from July 9, with the Hindi version slated for an August release. Fans are eagerly anticipating the OTT launch, ready to relive the film’s grandeur and sports drama thrills. With Peddi heading to Netflix, all eyes are now on Ram Charan’s next big project.
