Ravi Teja, fresh off the success of his recent film Irumudi, turned the spotlight onto his nephew Maadhav Bhupathiraju’s debut movie Maremma at the film’s pre-release event. The rural action drama, directed by Manchala Nagaraj and produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru, is set to hit theatres on September 10.
At the event, Ravi Teja shared his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “I saw the rough cut last month, and it came out very well. It is a very rooted and rustic film based on real incidents. I loved the film. The scenes between the bull and the hero will connect with the audience.”
Maremma stars Maadhav in the lead, with Deepa Balu playing the female protagonist. The film blends elements of rural superstition, divine belief, and intense action, aiming to offer a unique cinematic experience rooted in Indian village life. Ravi Teja also highlighted the film’s music, saying, “Songs provided by Prashanth Vihari are pretty good. I wish him all the best. I wish the movie gives commercial success to the producers.”
He further praised Maadhav’s transformation for the role and expressed confidence in his performance, noting, “Maadhav transformed well for the film, and he is also speaking well. I wish the audience will bless the film.”
