Samantha’s much-awaited film, Maa Inti Bangaaram, is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on June 19, and excitement is running high as the trailer has already garnered a positive response from audiences. The film marks Samantha’s reunion with director Nandini Reddy after their successful collaboration on 'Oh Baby', adding an extra layer of anticipation for fans.

Directed by Nandini Reddy, the movie takes inspiration from the iconic Baasha template, giving it a fresh twist by placing a woman at the heart of the story. "Maa Inti Bangaaram follows a Baasha-style template, where the lead character has a hidden past. We slightly tweaked that template and explored how it would work with a woman in that position," the director revealed in a recent interview. This unique approach has sparked considerable buzz, especially with Samantha stepping into an action-oriented avatar.

The family action drama, produced by Samantha herself under the Tralala Moving Pictures banner, features a stellar supporting cast including Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth Manchale, Gautami, Sreemukhi, Srilakshmi, Anjali, and Sathyaraj. Music is composed by Santosh Narayanan, further elevating expectations.

With censor formalities completed and a U/A certificate in hand, the film’s runtime is locked at 154 minutes. As the release date approaches, fans are eagerly waiting to see Samantha take on this powerful, action-driven role in a story that promises both emotion and thrills.
