Sanjay Dutt Plans Film Studio in Andhra Pradesh, Meets CM Chandrababu Naidu

Sanjay Dutt, known for his impactful role in the recent film "Dhurandhar The Revenge" alongside Ranveer Singh, has taken a significant step towards expanding his footprint in Telugu cinema. The veteran Bollywood actor recently met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to discuss plans for opening a new film studio in the state.

This meeting builds on earlier talks Dutt had with TDP Minister Nara Lokesh in February, focusing on developing a Film City that meets international standards. The initiative aims to position Andhra Pradesh as a prominent film production hub, attracting filmmakers from Bollywood, Kollywood, and other regional industries.

Screenwriter Kona Venkat praised the move, highlighting that Lokesh's efforts have been instrumental and suggesting the state should introduce cash incentives similar to those in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh to lure more film projects. Such incentives could boost the local film economy and increase production activity.
