Sohum Shah and Nawazuddin Siddiqui Begin Filming for Tumbbad 2

Sohum Shah and Nawazuddin Siddiqui have officially kicked off filming for the eagerly awaited sequel, Tumbbad 2. The commencement was marked by images from the muhurat shot, generating a wave of excitement across social media among fans of the cult classic.

Sohum Shah, who returns to his celebrated role and also co-produces under his Sohum Shah Films banner, teams up with acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the first time in this franchise. The film is helmed by director Adesh Prasad, with the backing of Pen Studios led by Dr. Jayantilal Gada, and Pen Marudhar handling distribution. The production has pulled out all stops, constructing a massive, city-like set in Mumbai to bring the film’s rich, fantastical world to life.
