Sundeep Kishan is set to headline a grand new socio-fantasy thriller from the makers of Shambhala, marking a major collaboration with Shining Pictures and director Ugandhar Muni. This announcement creates a buzz as Kishan, celebrated for his versatility, steps into a never-before-seen avatar in what is touted to be the costliest film of his career.
Following the critical and commercial success of Shambhala, which starred Aadi Saikumar and was helmed by Ugandhar Muni, Shining Pictures is doubling down on scale and ambition. Producers Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju are backing this visually rich pan-India project, which will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
The makers unveiled a striking concept poster featuring a dramatic clash between a lion and a wolf, divided by a mystical sword, setting an epic tone. The tagline, “Some wars never end. Some kings never die,” hints at a narrative woven with ancient conflicts and legendary heroes. The team reportedly aims to push creative and technical boundaries with high-end visual effects and elaborate production design.
Pre-production is already underway, with filming scheduled to commence in August 2026. Fans can expect further updates soon as casting and crew details are revealed for what promises to be a milestone in Sundeep Kishan’s career.
