Venkatesh & Kalyan Ram Unite for Anil Ravipudi’s Entertainer Set in Rayalaseema

Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram are set to share the screen for the first time in director Anil Ravipudi’s much-anticipated family entertainer, which was launched with a grand pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. Riding high on a string of box-office successes, Ravipudi embarks on this fresh collaboration, currently referred to as #VenkyAnil5 and #NKRAR2, with leading ladies Keerthy Suresh and Kriti Shetty joining the cast.

Known for his distinctive blend of humour and commercial storytelling, Anil Ravipudi has chosen Rayalaseema as the setting for his latest film. He stated that, while the region is often depicted through intense action dramas, this project will "present it through a lighter and more entertaining lens." The makers raised curiosity with a lively promotional video titled 'Kathi Lanti Idea', which quickly generated buzz on social media and showcased the film's comic tone and playful cast dynamics.

Music for the film is being composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with Sahu Garapati producing under the Shine Screens banner. Zee Studios, Suresh Productions, and Smt. Archana are presenting the film, adding further weight to the project. The unique pairing of Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram, along with Ravipudi’s creative promotions, has already set high expectations among fans.
