Vijay Deverakonda’s much-anticipated period epic, Ranabaali, is racing toward completion with 90% of its shoot now wrapped up, keeping the film firmly on track for its September 11 release. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, renowned for his work on Taxiwaala, this project marks a significant milestone in Deverakonda’s career as his most expensive film to date.

The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with T-Series, features Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role opposite Deverakonda. Set against the evocative backdrop of 19th-century British India, Ranabaali dramatizes real historical events from the era spanning 1854 to 1878. The team recently completed an intense week-long schedule at Gandikota, capturing emotional sequences between the leads. According to the makers, "around 90% of the filming has now been completed, and they are satisfied with the output."

A birthday special glimpse showcasing high-octane action and horse-riding sequences starring Vijay Deverakonda has already set social media abuzz, with fans expressing heightened anticipation for the film’s grand scale and visuals. The soundtrack and background score are being composed by Bollywood’s celebrated duo, Ajay and Atul, adding further prominence to the project.

With only a small portion of shooting left, the makers are expected to wrap up production by the end of the month. Meanwhile, Deverakonda is also busy with Rowdy Janardhan, a rural entertainer slated for a December release. Fans can look forward to an eventful second half of the year from the star.
