Vikrant Karrna’s much-anticipated film Nagabandham has officially announced its global release date as July 3, 2026. The film, directed by Abhishek Nama, has been building a tremendous buzz following the release of its captivating first single "Namo Re" and an eye-catching poster that melds ancient mythology with a contemporary storyline.
Known for his intense action entertainers, Vikrant Karrna takes centre stage alongside leading ladies Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon. The film also features powerhouse actors like Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and B.S. Avinash in pivotal roles. Produced by Abhishek Pictures, NIK Studios, and Tarak Cinemas, Nagabandham is crafted as a lavish commercial spectacle.
Abhishek Nama revealed that the narrative draws inspiration from a real 1700s event where 3,000 Naga Sadhus valiantly defended Hindu temples against invading forces. "Of course, we've added a lot of fiction to craft a commercial entertainer," he explained, hinting at a rich blend of history and cinematic drama. Fans and social media platforms are abuzz with excitement, eager for the epic’s release during the mid-year blockbuster season.
With the team gearing up for a comprehensive promotional campaign, Nagabandham promises to be a grand cinematic experience. Audiences can look forward to witnessing this unique fusion of mythology and modern storytelling in July.
