Yash reportedly holds a substantial profit and distribution share in Toxic.
Monster Mind Creations is set to handle Toxic’s Karnataka distribution.
Dil Raju is linked to the Telugu-state release, with ₹120 crore discussions reported.
Zee Studios is reportedly in talks for Toxic’s digital rights.
Yash’s Toxic distribution strategy reportedly places the Kannada star in a significant profit-sharing position, alongside a stated remuneration for the film. According to the report, Yash also holds a substantial share of the project’s distribution rights and will enter Karnataka distribution through his banner, Monster Mind Creations.
The report says Toxic has been routed to major active distribution players across languages on an advance basis rather than being sold outright to distributors. In the Telugu states, Dil Raju is said to be handling the release. The makers are reportedly seeking an advance of ₹120 crore for the Telugu territories, with negotiations still underway.
Yash’s last screen outing is not detailed in the report, but Toxic marks a wider business move for the actor through Monster Mind Creations’ Karnataka release plan. The film is directed by Geethu Mohandas and features Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth in key roles. KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations are credited as the producers.
The trailer has generated buzz, the report states, raising expectations around the multi-language release. It also says Netflix and Amazon did not proceed in the digital-rights race because of the quoted prices, while Zee Studios is in discussions. The remaining agreements are expected to be closed before the film’s release.
