Yash's Toxic Pulled from IMAX as The Odyssey Returns to Big Screens

Yash's latest film, Toxic, has seen its IMAX screenings replaced by Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey following a sharp drop in audience turnout. Many IMAX theatres have already begun screening The Odyssey, with more expected to follow soon. The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan, has been a box office sensation, previously setting records with its opening weekend and generating significant buzz among Indian audiences. The film's return to IMAX has also caused it to trend once again on BookMyShow, reflecting renewed interest from moviegoers.

In addition to the IMAX changes, several non-premium screens in North India are swapping out Toxic for Emraan Hashmi's Awarapan 2, as the Yash-starrer struggles to draw crowds in those regions. Earlier this year, The Odyssey made headlines for its advance ticket sales in the UK, selling 28,000 tickets at the BFI IMAX within 24 hours and grossing nearly $1 million even before its release.
