Yash Sets the Stage with Toxic and Ramayana

Star actor Yash is drawing massive attention with two highly anticipated films Toxic and Ramayana showcasing his versatility and ambition as both a performer and producer. With his previous blockbuster successes, Yash’s upcoming projects are among the most talked-about in Indian cinema.

In Toxic, helmed by acclaimed director Geetu Mohan Das, Yash leads an ensemble cast featuring Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, and Akshay Oberoi. Yash revealed that the film, shot in English for the first time in his career, delves into layered psychological themes. "Toxic is also a very ambitious film...it has got deep psychology, and it has got very interesting aspects of human life you can resonate with," Yash shared, promising that the film offers much more than a standard action gangster story.

Meanwhile, Yash transforms into Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. Director Tiwari emphasized the importance of exploring both the virtues and flaws of Ravana, stating, "Yash’s portrayal will highlight not just Ravana’s darker traits, but also his virtues...while showing how ego and anger ultimately lead to his downfall." Yash, who is also co-producing, expressed his dedication to taking Indian cinema global, mentioning his collaboration with a leading VFX studio in LA.
