Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur’s Dacoit Locks Prime Video OTT Release Date

Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur’s much-talked-about romantic action film, Dacoit: A Love Story, is all set to make its OTT debut after a notable theatrical journey. The movie, helmed by Shaneil Deo, first graced theatres on April 10, 2026, marking another bold step in Sesh’s dynamic career.

Despite a mixed critical reception, Dacoit: A Love Story managed to pull in audiences, raking up an impressive ₹50 crore globally. The film’s ensemble cast includes not only Sesh and Thakur but also acclaimed talents like Anurag Kashyap, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Atul Kulkarni, Zain Marie Khan, and Kamakshi Bhaskarla. Supriya Yarlagadda produced the film under the Annapurna Studios banner, with Bheems Ceciroleo providing the music.

The latest update brings excitement for streaming enthusiasts, as Dacoit is confirmed to arrive on Amazon Prime Video from May 8, 2026. Viewers can enjoy the film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, while the Hindi version remains unavailable initially due to the eight-week window rule. Once that period concludes, the Hindi version is also expected to join the platform.
