Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju’s Malayalam rom-com "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" is set for its digital debut on JioHotstar, with streaming scheduled to begin on October 2, 2026. The film, directed by Girish AD, has been a standout success in Mollywood, becoming the first movie to cross the ₹150 crore mark in Kerala and racing past ₹300 crore at the box office. This achievement cements its place as an all-time industry hit, with the movie still drawing audiences to theatres even as its OTT release approaches.

The production, backed by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, and Syam Pushkaran under Bhavana Studios, features a strong supporting cast including Sangeeth Prathap, Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Bindu Panicker, Srinda, Roshan Shanavas, and Meenakshy Raveendran. Vishnu Vijay’s music, Ajmal Sabu’s cinematography, and Akash Joseph Varghese’s editing have all contributed to the film’s widespread appeal.

Earlier this year, reports highlighted the film’s exceptional box office run, with "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" quickly becoming a talking point among moviegoers and industry watchers. The film’s Telugu and Tamil versions were also cleared for release after resolving initial hurdles, expanding its reach beyond Malayalam audiences.

With its arrival on JioHotstar, "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" will be accessible in multiple languages, including Telugu, allowing a wider audience to experience the film’s charm. The digital performance of this record-breaking movie will be closely watched as it transitions from theatres to streaming.
