Shahid Kapoor, fresh from his recent successes, returns to the screen with Netflix’s "Cocktail 2" on August 14, 2026. Starring alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon, the Homi Adajania-directed romantic comedy introduces a fresh set of characters navigating tangled relationships. The film’s digital debut is one of the most anticipated OTT events this week.
Malayalam action thriller "Kattalan" arrives on ManoramaMAX and Simply South (overseas) on August 13, 2026. Directed by Paul George, the film features Antony Varghese Pepe, Sunil, and Kabir Duhan Singh, and follows a skilled fighter’s undercover battle against a criminal syndicate.
Telugu audiences can catch "Sahakutumbaanaam" already streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Uday Sharma, this family entertainer stars Raam Kiran, Megha Akash, and comedy legend Brahmanandam. Meanwhile, "Mr. Work From Home," a romantic comedy-drama with Thrigun and Payal Radhakrishna, is set for release on SunNXT on August 14, 2026.
