Mandaadi, starring Soori in the lead role, has finalized its post-theatrical streaming deal with Netflix, just days ahead of its cinema debut. The Tamil sports action drama, directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, explores the intense world of boat racing and the rivalries that fuel the sport. Soori, known for his recent impactful performances in Tamil cinema, takes on the role of Muthukaali, a character at the heart of this high-stakes competition.

The film is presented by RS Infotainment and features a notable ensemble, including Telugu actor Suhas making his Tamil debut, alongside Mahima Nambiar and Sathyaraj. Acclaimed filmmaker Vetrimaaran is attached as the creative producer, adding further credibility to the project.
