Yash’s film Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas, continues to keep fans in suspense as its OTT release faces further delays. After a theatrical run in August that did not meet expectations at the box office, many anticipated that the film would quickly make its way to digital platforms. However, ZEE5’s newly announced October streaming schedule does not include Toxic, confirming that the movie will not be available for streaming in October either.

The film, produced on a grand scale by KVN Productions, features an ensemble cast including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria, with music composed by Ravi Basrur. Despite initial reports suggesting a late September OTT debut, the absence of Toxic from both September and October release lists has left fans disappointed. Social media has seen a steady stream of comments from viewers eager to watch or revisit the film online, especially those who missed its theatrical release.

Earlier this year, the film’s journey was marked by multiple delays, with reports in May highlighting stalled negotiations over OTT rights. Even after finally hitting theatres in August, the digital release has remained elusive. As of now, the makers have not provided any update on a new streaming date, leaving the film’s digital future uncertain.
