Shah Rukh Khan, who is gearing up for his upcoming action thriller 'King', has made headlines with a major real estate move in New Delhi. The superstar recently acquired the second and third floors of his family's ancestral residence in Panchsheel Park for ₹37 crore, thereby consolidating the entire property under the Khan family. This address holds deep sentimental value, as it was once home to Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan before their move to Mumbai to chase cinematic dreams.

The Panchsheel Park property, spread over a sprawling 1,200-square-yard plot in one of South Delhi's most upscale neighborhoods, is now fully owned by the Khans. The basement and ground floor were already in their possession, and the latest purchase completes the family's hold on the entire building. Notably, Aryan Khan had previously secured these floors in 2024 before the transfer was streamlined within the family. The Khan family's impressive real estate portfolio doesn't stop here—they also own luxury homes in Mumbai, Dubai, and London, many of which have been personally designed by Gauri Khan through her interior design firm.

On the film front, Shah Rukh is currently immersed in 'King', helmed by Siddharth Anand and featuring a star-studded cast including Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff. The film, backed by a hefty budget, is set for a grand Christmas 2026 release, and fans are already abuzz on social media with anticipation.

With 'King' poised to be one of the biggest releases of the year, and his family legacy in Delhi secured, audiences will be eager to see what more Shah Rukh Khan has in store both on screen and off.
